Tsaki Beach is a small unorganized beach to the south of Benitses, on the east coast of central Corfu. The beach is lesser-known and has no amenities, so it’s quieter than other beaches, but its secluded character and beautiful green surroundings make it somewhat of a hidden gem.
How To Get To Tsaki Beach
Tsaki Beach is located just outside Benitses, about 1.3 kilometers south of the Benitses Marina, along National Road 23 (Corfu Town – Lefkimmi). It can be reached on foot, with a private vehicle, like a rental car, scooter, or boat, or by public transport.
By car, Tsaki Beach is a 13-kilometer drive from Corfu Town. There is no parking lot at the beach, but you can probably find some parking space on the side of the road somewhere near the beach.
You can also get to Tsaki Beach by public transport as there is a bus stop next to the beach. Corfu City Bus line 6 connects the beach with Benitses and Corfu Town. Several Green Buses also pass by on their way from Corfu Town to the south and vice versa.
Beach Description
Tsaki Beach is situated below the road from which it is secluded by dense vegetation which, together with the beautiful turquoise waters creates a natural-looking environment.
The beach is oriented towards the eastern direction and looks out at the mainland of Greece on the horizon. The beach has a length of approximately 200 meters and an average width of no more than 5 meters.
The beach and seabed are covered by pebbles and the seabed has a gentle slope. For the first few meters, the bathing water has a normal depth. The water is very clear and calm, so it is great for swimming.
Facilities At Tsaki Beach
There is a taverna next to Taski Beach, but other than that, there are no facilities so you’ll have to bring your own supplies for a beach day.
