The Nyssos Corfu Olive Oil Lab is the factory of the Nyssos olive oil brand, located in the village of Vragkaniotika in southern Corfu. The factory also has a brand store with a tasting room.
History Of Nyssos Olive Oil
Nyssos is a family-run business with a long tradition of olive oil production. In 1995, the family started producing professional olive oil production for commercial sales and established their retail store in Moraitika.
In 2007, the company set up a brand-new olive oil factory in the village of Vragkaniotika and established the now well-known Nyssos brand, named after Issos Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Corfu, near the family’s olive groves. The company produces high-quality extra virgin and virgin olive oil, but also a range of other olive products.
Visiting The Nyssos Corfu Olive Oil Lab
Visitors can come to the Nyssos Corfu Olive Oil Lab for a tasting of the olive oil and other olive products and buy the products straight from the factory shop. Apart from olive oil, you can also find other olive oil products like olive soap, cosmetics, olive paste, hand-carved olive wood products, and a variety of other typical Corfiote products.
Nyssos also has a brand store in the village of Moraitika.
