Kardaki Beach is a public beach inside the Mon Repos estate, on the Kanoni peninsula of Corfu Town.
How To Get To Kardaki Beach
Kardaki Beach can only be reached by foot via a forest trail through Mon Repos, or by boat. Corfu City Bus line 2A can take you as far as the entrance of Mon Repos, from where it is a 10 to 15-minute walk to the beach.
Beach Description
Kardaki Beach mainly consists of pebbles and rocks, however, there is also a stone pier from where you can directly get into the water. The beach is located in a quiet area surrounded by the lush green environment of the forest of Mon Repos, making it a relaxing getaway from the town.
Facilities At Kardaki Beach
The beach is unorganized and has no facilities at all, so you would need to bring your own supplies for a beach day. It’s also recommend to bring insect repellent because the surrounding forest is home to lots of mosquitos.
