Beach Description
Molos Beach stretches out along Lefkimmi Bay, between Kaliviotis Beach to its west and Alykes Beach to its east. The beach is oriented towards the northwestern direction and looks out on the east coast of Corfu and the west coast of Greece’s mainland, with the Straits of Corfu in the middle.
The beach has a length of approximately 2.9 kilometers and a width varying between 5 and 25 meters. The beach and seabed are sandy and the seabed has a gentle slope. For the first few meters, the bathing water remains shallow. The water is relatively calm and very clear, creating the perfect conditions for swimming.
The coastline at Molos Beach is mostly natural, with only a few developments, including a large resort hotel and some beach villas. The area is very green with lots of trees and other dense vegetation, creating a beautiful picturesque view with the turqoise waters, golden sand, and mountainous landscapes on the horizon.
Facilities At Molos Beach
Molos Beach is only party organized, around the Attika Resort Hotel. There you can find sunbeds and umbrellas for rent, showers, trash binds, and a beach bar and restaurant. Other parts of the beach are unorganized and have no facilities.
