The Church of Saint Nicholas of the Baths is a Greek Orthodox church, located near Faliraki Beach and baths in Corfu Town.
A preserved inscription states that the church was built in 1579, although other sources suggest that the church already existed in 1502. The church is dedicated to Saint Nicholas (Agios Nikolaos), whose relics were being moved from Lycia to Bari in 1087 AD when a stop was made in Corfu on the way. The occasion is celebrated every year on May 20th. “Baths” simply refers to the location of the church near the baths of Faliraki.
