Beach Description
Boukari Beach consists of several smaller beaches along the coastline that stretches out for approximately 1 kilometer in front of the village. The largest beaches are in front of the center of the village, to the east and west of the pier. The width of the beaches varies between 5 and 15 meters.
The beach and seabed are covered by pebbles and the seabed has a gentle slope. For the first few meters, the bathing water has a gentle slope. The water is relatively calm and very clear, making it perfect for swimming.
With its location in a quiet fishing village surrounded by a natural environment, Boukari Beach has a very layed-back atmosphere making it perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, and swimming without the crowds of more popular beaches. The beach is therefore a favorite among families with small children and other people who enjoy the calmness of the area.
