Arillas North Beach is a small secluded beach north of Arillas Beach, in the homonymous village of Arillas, on the west coast of northern Corfu. The beach is situated below high cliffs and is separated from the main beach of Arillas by the rocky shore.
How To Get To Arillas North Beach
Arillas North Beach is located between the villages of Arillas and Agios Stefanos Avliotes and can only be reached on foot or by swimming around the rocks from Arillas Beach.
You can get near the beach by car over a small asphalted road. From there, a short dirt road and a steep path lead to the beach.
There is no public transport to Arillas North Beach. The nearest bus stops are in Arillas and Agios Stefanos Avliotes, from where you can hop on Green Bus lines A1 and A6 to Corfu Town.
Beach Description
Arillas North Beach is located near the Cape of Kefali, on the northeastern side of Arillas Bay and is oriented towards the southwest. The beach is secluded by the rocky coast, which incorporates some high cliffs to the northeast of the beach.
The beach has a length of approximately 200 meters and an average width of 5 meters. The beach and seabed are sandy and the seabed has a gentle slope, so the bathing water remains shallow for the first few meters.
The beach has a beautiful serene environment, with some green vegetation and crystal clear turqoise waters, without any nearby constructions.
Facilities At Arillas North Beach
Arillas North Beach is organized with sunbeds and umbrellas, but there are no other facilities. The nearest bars and restaurants are close to Arillas and Agios Stefanos Avliotes.
