Agia Triada Beach is one of the beaches in the popular seaside village of Paleokastritsa, on the west coast of central Corfu. The beach is secluded in a bay on the eastern side of the village.
How To Get To Agia Triada Beach
Agia Triada Beach is located just off the main road in the eastern part of Paleokastritsa. It can easily be reached on foot from other parts of the village, or from further away with a private vehicle, like a rental car, scooter, or boat, or by public transport.
By car, Agia Triada Beach is a 22-kilometer drive from Corfu Town. There is some private parking belonging to the venues operating at the beach. Alternatively, you can find free parking a bit further away alongside the main road.
The nearest bus stop is on the same road, just a short walk away. Green Bus lines A9 and A10 connect Paleokastritsa with Corfu Town and line S6, which only runs during the summer months, with Nisaki.
Beach Description
Agia Triada Beach is situated in a bay, which gives it a somewhat secluded character. The beach is oriented towards the southwestern direction.
The beach has a length of approximately 120 meters and an average width of about 20 meters. The beach and seabed are sandy with some pebbles. The seabed has a gentle slope and for the first few meters, the bathing water has a normal depth.
The water is crystal clear and perfect for swimming. In the surrounding area are some constructions including hotels and restaurants, but also some green vegetation.
Agia Triada Beach is popular for sunbathing and swimming and can get very busy in the summer.
Facilities At Agia Triada Beach
Agia Triada Beach is fully organized and has several facilities, including sunbeds and umbrellas for rent, showers, toilets, waste bins, and several beach bars and restaurants.
There is also a small jetty with boats for rent and there are some water sports including peddle boards, kayaks, and pedal boats.
