Agios Stefanos Sinion Beach, or simply Agios Stefanos Beach, is the main beach in the homonymous village of Agios Stefanos, on the east coast of northern Corfu. The name Sinion or Kassiopi is often added to distinguish the town and its beach from Agios Stefanos Avliotes on the west coast of the island.
How To Get To Agios Stefanos Sinion Beach
Agios Stefanos Sinion Beach is situated in a small bay right in front of the village of Agios Stefanos and can best be reached with a private vehicle, like a rental car, scooter, or boat.
From Corfu Town, it’s a 34-kilometer drive to Agios Stefanos Beach. After following Road 2217 Tzavrou-Kassiopi-Sidari, in Agnitsini you need to take the exit and immediately turn left and from there you can simply follow the road to Agios Stefanos. There is not much space to park at the beach, but there’s a paid parking lot at the entrance of the village.
If you arrive by boat, you can dock at one of the jetties of the Agios Stefanos Harbor next to the beach.

Beach Description
Agios Stefanos Sinion Beach is situated on the northern shore of Agios Stefanos Bay and is oriented towards the south and southeast. Despite the lengthy coastline along the bay, the actual beach only has a length of approximately 100 meters and an average width of around 5 meters. A large part of the seashore is rocky, and the majority of the coast in front of the village is occupied by the marina.
The beach is pebbled and has a gentle slope, and for the first few meters the bathing water has a normal depth. The only possible source of pollution comes from the many boats moring at the jetties on the beach and at the adjacent marina. Behind the beach and on the opposite side of the bay are hills with lush green vegetation, creating a beautiful landscape and a picturesque ensamble with the fishing village.
The beach is also the start of the Erimitis Nature Reserve, a beautiful forest with wetlands and many hidden virgin beaches. There’s a hiking trail that leads from the beach to the virgin Aspalathra Beach and several other the hidden beaches of Erimitis.
