Beach Description
Dafnila Beach is oriented towards the northeast and stretches out over a total length of approximately 800 meters. From the south, the beach starts near Spilios Beach, to which it is connected via a small path. From there it stretches in the northern direction along Dafnila Bay and continues around the corner for another few hundred meters until the mouth of a water stream.
Dafnila Beach can be divided into three different parts. The southern part, which is organized and operated by the Grecotel Luxme Daphnila Bay, is the busiest part. This part is mostly sandy and has an average width of about 10 meters. The middle part is a very narrow strip along a dirt road. This part consists of rocks and pebbles, is unorganized and therefore the most quiet. On the northern end, the beach is organized again. It has a varying width between 5 and 30 meters and consists of sand and pebbles.
The entire beach bed has a gentle slope and for the first few meters, the water is shallow. Behind the entire beach there is lush green vegetation, creating a quiet and relaxing environment.
